There was a nice, soft wind this morning and I was feeling good – lazily walking around at Jogger’s Park..
And I heard this really sweet voice right next to me.
He was probably 4-5 years old.
“Ma, come let’s play. What are you doing?”
Mom puts down her iPod and says, “I am doing Loving Kindness meditation, beta. You go play with someone.”
